During the 20-week program, participants will undertake a unique strength and conditioning plan, while learning skills in a variety of Martial Arts disciplines under the guidance of our world-class coaches.

The Warrior Training Program is the world’s leading MMA program for beginners, designed to introduce you into the sport of Mixed Martial Arts in a fun and safe environment, all while boosting your self-confidence, mental resilience and fitness. We’re thrilled to announce that applications are now open for our first series of W2W’s Warrior Training Program, a 20-week Mixed Martial Arts training course that has transformed thousands of lives in 8 countries.
